Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of the VectorSuite website and platform, provided by Vector Point Aviation. By using the site or the platform, you agree to these Terms.

The service

VectorSuite is a modular, white-label back-office platform for aviation organisations, delivered as a private per-customer install. The modules and features available to you depend on your subscription.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your accounts. Please tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • You are responsible for the data and content you put into your install and for holding the rights to use it.

Fees

Subscription pricing is agreed with you directly. AI usage — reading, drafting and pricing — is billed transparently on a usage basis against a prepaid balance, as described on our pricing section. Teaching the AI your material carries no per-document charge.

Intellectual property

We own the VectorSuite platform and its software. You retain ownership of your data and content; we claim no ownership over the material you put into your install.

AI-generated output

The platform uses AI to help draft quotes, tenders and proposals. AI output is a starting point and may contain errors or omissions — you remain responsible for reviewing and approving any output before relying on it or sending it to a client.

Availability & warranties

We aim for high availability, but except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law the platform is provided “as is”. Any service-level commitments will be set out in your agreement with us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination & data export

Either party may terminate in accordance with the agreement between us. On termination you can export your data, and we will delete or return it as agreed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
